- Other Info resumed lost or stolen from Eastville Park/Snuff Mills, Bristol on 19th of April at around 2pm. He answers to the name of "Frank". He is a very friendly dog but can seem a little nervous at times. He looks like a puppy but actually 3 years old. He is an English Cocker Spaniel but has short hair with an undocked tail. He has very distinguishing tan eyebrows which are very cute and make him look worried. We are offering a reward for any information as to his whereabouts and safe recovery. He has a b
