  • Other Info SIGHTED ONLY. My daughter was walking to her friends house when a dog raced up to her and was dashibg around her and onto the (very quiet) road. She thought she would take it to her friends house nearby, who also being a dog owner she thought might recognise it. A car then stopped and a young male approached my daughter and asked whether the dog was hers; my daughter repled no (regretably in hindsight) and carried on walking, the male watched her for a while then grabbed the dog put it in the car and sped o
