- This is how he was found - comment taken from FB
"He was seen by 2 lovely men sitting with some homeless/ drinkers in deptford. The men rang and described his collar confirming it was Dublin, went back and took him off them then then met with my friend dubbys owner, handed him back, refused reward and even cried tears of joy for her! There are some truly fantastic people in this world, we met and spoke with so many on our quest to find him, and the hard work paid off. Never give up, faith in humanity restored" - 2013-04-30 15:10 Jayne - Founder Doglost.

- I've been circulating photos of Dublin all day around Facebook/Twitter, to toydog/dog owners locally + I had also submitted a doglost page a few hours before this one but there seems to be something wrong with the doglost site as kept logging me out(?). Know alot of people that walk dogs or are in the vicinity of Greenwich/Blackheath/Charlton areas - has anyone contacted the local vets yet?

- When our dog went missing (towards Blackheath side of Greenwich Park), a man also phoned us claiming to have our dog & demanding money... he didn't have an English accent... In the end, our dog had run towards Eltham & had been found by a kind lady who cared for him, so we know for sure the man was lying in our case, (as we suspected at the time anyway).
Hopefully the man who phoned you was also a liar, but it's impossible to ignore a call like that in case it is true that he has your dog-very hard situation I know. I just hope Dubby has been picked up by nice, genuine people, as happened to our dog.
We were reunited with our dog thanks to the posters. We postered far & wide & regularly. Stay positive. Hope you find him soon - very best wishes X - 2013-04-24 17:19 Baggy Dog
- I’ve found that it helps to print out an A4 sheet of paper cut into business-card size slips, each with brief details and your phone number on. Give them to all the local dog walkers, postmen etc. you meet. Then if someone has news when they’re out and about they don’t need to find a poster or log on to the site to contact you. Hope this lovely boy is home soon.
