- Great result. But dare I say that its never a wise idea to leave a dog tied up outside shops for this very reason. Maybe a microchip would be a good welcome home present

- Just received a voice mail from owner saying Tilly was returned to them 10 mins ago. They were told the people that took her thought she was abandoned (but hadn't phoned anyone or posted they found a dog?).
