Absolutely amazing news. So glad Narla is home again. Really hope that RSPCA Birchington now start scanning all animals that go through their system.

Oh my goodness! I am SO pleased and happy for Narla and for you! Don't understand why it took 4 months to scan though? But so very pleased they did. So very pleased she got taken to vet and that vet took care of her. Absolutely well done to all who cared and got this precious baby back home. Wonderful news! xxx

im so happy Narla is home with us! she hasnt changed a bit, just a little bigger...
Thank you to everyone at the RSPCA Rescue Centre in Birchington, without them Narla probably wouldn't be here today, she had fallen ill with Pyometra in Jan/Feb and they said it was touch and go, then the people who had her didn't pay the vet bill, so she was left there.
4 months later they scanned her and yesterday (21/06/12) at 11.30 i got the call, and by 3.30pm Narla was on her way home with us!
Also thank you to Lorraine for your Messages xx

Emailed brief advice to owner and advised to contact dog law people if need be. Very sad affair. A more local co-ordinator may be in touch shortly and as has been stated, they will require further info in order to assist. Hope this girl is okay, wherever she is. x

If a dog was sold without permission that would constitute theft and owner should have been given a crime number by police. If stolen, then owner has a legal right to retrieve dog but will require evidence of ownership. I will send advice and advise/check re crime number. If no crime, then possible civil matter.

Would need more details before circulating on Twitter as based on brief details given sounds like a civil dispute
