She was found in woodland a few minutes drive from home, one of her usual walking routes. She ran straight to her mum! Xx

KUROMI HAS BEEN FOUND! She is home safe and doesn't appear to have any serious injuries, the vet is on his way out to check her over. Thank you everyone for your help, your quick sharing and getting the word out helped locate her, and thank you to everyone who came out to help look. X

Thank you everyone for your help, everyone in the local area has been informed and there are several people out looking, they are checking all her regular walking routes incase she heads for somewhere familiar and her owner is taking her other dog with her and making him bark in the hope she will hear or smell him and come out of hiding. Thank you all for spreading the word, it's amazing how good dog people are.

Owner needs to get as many people out searching the area as possible. Kuromi is likely to have bolted with an adrenaline rush and then slowed down, and if she is feeling bruised and sore she will be sheltering somewhere. Search especially under hedges and bushes.

Hi, have also started off around our FB groups too - we have a missing German Shepherd, so have shared on those sites too (making your Akita honorary GSD just to get word out there). I've seen some of the rescue people on FB have been sharing on Akita sites too already.
Fingers crossed that you are reunited soon and that she is just knocked, not injured xxx
