She looks an absolute beauty and well cared for. What a pity her previous owner didn't leave her somewhere safe instead of just dumping her. Some lucky person is in for a real treat!

Now caught and safe

A group of us went searching the area, After Approx 2 hours we were just about to give up, When someone said they had just seen her on Deepdale avenue, Swinton. Got there and she was there. She approached a young lad who was playing with his football and was wagging her tail at him and wanting to play. Erica (DW) asked him if he would get her collar which he did and hey presto shes safe. Now to find somewhere to take her (She is safe in a kennel for now)

Ive been in the area 3 times today and no sightings at all, Still going back at about 1.45 ish , If anyone wishes to meet me there, I will park up on the industrial estate (The road where the red butty van would usually be) I will have my little lad with me and possibly one of the dogs (Border collie)

Been wandering round the area for about an hour, Sadly no sightings.
Spoke to a few dog walkers, 1 couple had seen this dog (Presumed female) on Thursday night (9/5th) on the pathway at the bottom of Bank lane (Old colliery area) It appears she may like company of other dogs as she did get close, But when the chap spoke to her she fled, But then did approach his dogs again

I saw this dog this morning along Bolton Road going in the direction of Clifton Park. Parents who's children go to St.Marks RC said it had been seen around there all morning. I got close and I think it could be a bitch. she would not come to me. It was very scared. Hope she is found soon.
Carol
