lost 12 may last year...... reunited today! and microchipped. this is 3 dogs I have read about this week alone reunited after years but microchipped. when chipping is compulsory will it make a difference? who isn't checking for chips now - is just the finders who decide to keep the dog? then how months years later dog is found and scanned?
