The place I was thinking of is called the Gatehouse on the Woodstock Road as joins St Giles. I've just emailed them to ask them to print out poster so that homeless people who visit can see it.

There is also a place for homeless people with their dogs on St Giles. It is on the opposite side of the road to the redeveloped Radcliffe Infirmary Site and kind of behind the St Giles' church. It is possible that one of them may see her or have even caught her. I'd also try postering Big Issue sellers etc in town.
