Sounds to me like had puppies, no longer wanted (I hope not too) Also looks as though she hasn`t eaten for a while. I think it should be made compulsory now for all dogs to be put on a data base as they do in N. Ireland. Pleased she is safexxx

UPDATE from finder:

I only hope the owner is found if they treated her well because when i found her she was so starving and skinny..she really really smells..bathed her twice and shaved her knotty ears off..by the looks of her she has not long had puppies..i hope she wasn't dumped for this reason but i doubt she been out long cause she would of been ran over by now..the cars missed her 3 times xx

This FOUND girl is CHIPPED to breeder who sold her a couple of years ago, it is being followed up.

THANK YOU to Laura (who found her) and friend (who scanned her), also RSPCA for you assistance this afternoon.

After getting the Chip Number I contacted Rspca Liverpool (Halewood) who assisted in getting registered CHIP details albeit they are not up to date with current owner. RSPCA contacted the Breeder who she is still registered to. She is in good hands while owner is trying to be located. PROOF OF OWNERSHIP is required if claiming her. x
