TrudielovesMax!
Of course you still think of Gema. When I was very young, we had to have the family dog rehomed due to someone suffering from mental health problems (Not me) That was bad enough. I still think about him all these years later, albeit your situation is a little different from mine, but I can understand how you must be feeling. The family dog we had will be at the bridge now, but there is still a chance that you will find Gema. All xd, and God B,less xLast edited: 2024-11-10 21:43:36 by TrudielovesMax!

I remember Gema well. She is on my "Dog`s I`m followin page" So pleased that Gema has been "BUMPED" Ask family friends, family, and neighbours to share as well as DL. Twitter too. Post a LOST DOG ad in a National newspaper. "SPREAD THE WORD" Someone must know what happened to Gema . If anyone reading this has any idea of what happened to Gema, no matter how insigificant it may seem, please contact the owner on either of the above numbers, or if you prefer contact Doglost with any information, you may have. It will be treated in the strictest of confidences; that will be. reassured. Someone somewhere must know what happened to Gema, or knows where she is. THANK YOU X

Thankyou Nanni Byron I think that could be a good idea, I feel she could still be at the race course centre its quite a big place, would like several different people go out there who can drive and just have a look round and hope someone will see her.. Not a bad idea x
Nanni Byron
Any hope of owner having some more help in her search for Gema, missing since May! Needs experienced people in the tracking of this poor little Romanian dog. After such a long gap between the last and recent sighting 29/10/13 this may be a good chance to try?
Fesic
Thankyou everyone , everyone knows at the race course centre more posters have been put up too just waiting on another sighting
Nanni Byron
Perhaps a tracker dog might help? - Gema is from Romania/abroad and it's so sad that she is out there on her own again. Come on Gema, let yourself be caught very soon but stay safe until that day arrives. x

Helen has just called, there has been a positive sighting of Gema (still wearing her red collar and tag) near Fakenham Racecourse, just before the Hempton sign post as you turn left into race course centre, this was at 12.30 today (29th). Helen is there now....

Nanni Byron
Please please help in the search for this little one, she has been missing long enough and the cold weather is descending upon us fast. Walking around the area's on Friday with Helen (owner) shows there are many possible hiding places for Gema to go to, she is only 11 inches high! Somebody, somewhere must have seen her - come on Gema, show yourself again, time to come home. x
Unknown
Come on Gema get sighted, and reunited. What a lovely Christmas present it would be fore your owner. Fingers, and paws xd

A very good helper travelled up to help the owner to search tonight for Gema, (thank you Pat) this helper lives over an hour's drive away from Fakenham, is there anybody in the area that lives closer that help the owner, the owner does not drive and the route that Gema seems to be taking is not in walking distance....
Unknown
Come on now Gema, get seen, and caught SOON. Fingers xd.
Tiga
That is actually good news - so yes I guess Gema is still around the school and cricket club which makes sense when she apparently likes children.
DogLostHelen - Regional Co-ordinator - Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge
The sighting at Little Snoring is NOT Gema so hopefully Gema is still around the Cricket Club area....
DogLostHelen - Regional Co-ordinator - Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge
Thanks JB.
Possible sighting of Gema tonight (16th July) on the road towards Little Snoring near The Little Snoring sign she was seen going into the cornfields at 8:25 p.m.
This is about 3 or 4 miles from the last sighting today and going away from home.
Tiga
Just had another message from owner that there is another possible sighting of Gema. It seems that Gema is keeping in the same area and bearing in mind that she is a Romanian street dog it is going to take time and patience by the owners to catch Gema. Fortunately the area that Gema seems to be in is in the school next to the owners house so I think a few patient early mornings and late nights will slowly regain her trust and bring her home.

All xd. Keep us posted.

Admin
Sorry to see that GEMA MISSING 9 YEARS is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (52618)
  • Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
  • You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
  • Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
  • If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
  • Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
  • DogLost is free and anyone asking for money to find or return your dog is not volunteering for us. If you are concerned about an approach you have received, please email admin@doglost.co.uk
