Mollychops
This little boy hasn't been claimed and is now in rescue ! Good luck little man, I hope you find someone to love you soon

The Dog warden and me are of the same opinion that this poor little boy has been used for breeding and now dumped. Id be surprised if an owner came forwards to be frank. He is doing OK in kennels , and dw thinks she wont have any probs re homing him , He is safe now which is the main thing

Surely there is an elderely owner out there somewhere without internet - who is going frantic?! Has someone postered the area where he was found? Is there someone on the ground in that area who can call into local shops, pubs etc. Poor little chap - surely not abandoned?

Have asked Kippers owner to have a look (Long shot but worth a look)
