- Mabel is known to be chipped but fosterer is unsure to who. Mabel was found as a stray in Essex and was pulled from the pound 3 days before she was due to be pts. She loves people. DW has been notified and the Police and Mabel has been put on the radio. I have advised postering is done asap.
