- Other Info He has been seen still in the Wigan area earlier today we have been told. The door was opened and he shot off he does it regular but this time it was at night he hasn't run off in the dark before! We are on Gidlow lane in Wigan. Wearing a brown leather collar . He doesn't have a tag on it! He is quite timid.
