There is a very similar looking dog on the Hereford and Worcester Animal Rescue facebook page, it came in as a stray x

I don't know if it helps but there is a dog in Derby RSPCA that looks similar http://www.rspcaderby.org.uk/animals---dogs.aspx (Frodo) theres no details on the page but if you ring they'll be able to tell you more. I don't think anyone will be there today as its their annual dog show at a local park

No news as yet on Chester. Owner has tried to contact the Highways Agency but they were experiencing technical difficulties.

Spoke to owner. Have advised her to poster and contact the Highways Agency and local radio and to check sites on the internet. Also check local dog pound and local rescues.
