Such good news ....it infuriates me when they will re home rather than give back to the owner, it seems the welfare of the dog isn't paramount but money is !!! Xxx

Can the owner not negotiate with MDH to pay in instalments or are they one of the pounds/councils unwilling to help owners like this.

Owner told me that Jack is at MDH but they can't afford the release fee. He's been at MDH for about 10 days so will now be up for rehoming I would think.
