Brilliant news!...5 people approached Ella's owner and then she was seen curled up in the road!...Bless her!...Thank goodness for the kind person who stopped and all the volunteers who went out straight away to help find her!!...Well done all involved....Stay safe Ella.xxx

Sara tx for posting..noticed you had not ticked the receive poster box so we can notify automatically of any missing dog in your immediate area....so called and spoke to your lovely husband....and this is the feedback.....gosh I am so proud of you doglost helpers.....

Within 20 minutes of the alerts being sent out owners passed 5 people within 1/2 a mile...all approached and said have you seen a bearded collie...owner absolutely gutted with the response...and then a kind person driving his car saw a dog curled up in the middle of the road...stopped...scooped up Ella and looked on doglost...and contacted owner.....tx all of you for joining and receiving alerts and going out looking! Also he only met 5 people....all looking for his dog....no one else....
sometimes I see not many posts on Doglost...now I know why...you are so pro-active....huge thanks.....After a few hoax calls this afternoon...this restores my belief as well...

We are Ella's owners and would like to thank everyone who helped to search for her yesterday. It restores your faith in human nature. We had never heard of Dogs Lost but have now registered so if anyone is unfortunate to lose their dog maybe we can help in the wonderful way that so many people who we did not know did for us. So very lucky. She must be kept on harness now and kept very safe. I will ring with more advice in the morning. As new owners never owned a beardie before. And said today didn't know about the breed. Thanks to all helpers today xx

Ella has been found! She was found running scared on the road and taken in this afternoon. Has just been re-united with owners!!

Last sighting of her today around 3.00pm. Ella may have gone through a local garden onto the golf course. People out searching from MT rescue for her.

Ella did go to a foster home where she was much loved. Her fosterers have travelled down to help with the search. Praying she's found soon.

I will be taking mine to Bramcote Woods early evening, will keep a look out and spread the word. Have you tried the woods and cub field off Common Lane?

I try to call both numbers with advice. But sadly no answer. I hope they can contact me on 07765630182. Please don't call her name. I remember this scared beardie in MT rescue. I thought she went to a foster home. Poor darling.
