Just a thought - I'm not 100% certain what I'm looking for though as JRT's differ a fair bit but there was a young one in Manchester Dogs Home (in the puppy part) and had a poorly front right paw and it looked quite inflamed. Quite possibly not Anya if owners are calling every day but maybe worth them going to have a look or getting a picture on so I can go back and check. From memory the dog was white and brown - very friendly. It was last Tuesday I was up there so be quick as the 7 days are up today!!!

Off work this week so I am going everywhere with posters!!! I will ring owner and try to get a poster to site so everyone in area knows what to look for!!

Just spoken to Anya's owners and there is no news. She phones rescues etc every day. Anya pulled the lead out of the owners hand while out walking, ran across a road, was clipped by a car, ran off out of sight. She doesn't have any photo's of Anya and has been trying to find one on the library's computer but can't find a JR. Sue

I can get to Peggy Henderson's but need a picture to be able to confirm!? I know they had a fire before Christmas - does anyone know if they're back up and running yet???

dont forget to try animals in distress,on silver street ,irlam, and try petmedics,on wardley industrial estate,i think they help strays.if it has been in an accident.try calling them and ask.
