I work for Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary and took him to be scanned for a microchip this morning. Thankfully he is chipped, his name is Cookie, and I now have a name and contact details for the owners, so am in the process of contacting them now, although they aren't answering their phone at the moment, hopefully he will be reunited soon.
Spindle
Finder, please get this little one scanned for a microchip.
