- dalinian Enjoyed reading your comments. I have two cats, and when I think they have been gone longer than I would like (Although I live in a quiet cul-de-sac on a private estate I keep them in overnight, if I did my husband would never sleep) I cook a morsel of their favourite food: chicken for the one, fish for the other one. And it usually works. Stay safe Goldie Cat:-)xxx

- My Dear Fellow Companion Animal Lovers – lovely to see your Twitter Co-ordinator Riverlady (who’s a friend of mine) has already broken the sweetest possible news: Goldie Cat and her ever-lovin’ Big Ape are Reunited! WOO-HOO!
Many thanks for your suggestions, janiejewel1649 – I did spend 3 hours on a sunny Tuesday afternoon, sat in the garden of the empty ground floor flat below mine, where Goldie touched down on Sunday, periodically shaking her crunchy noms box and calling her, while catching up on two S01 episodes of ‘The Sopranos’ on my Samsung G-Note tablet/phone… but she no show :-(
However… on Monday, I’d made and distributed 16 colour-pix-A5-flyers to the ground floor flats on my block:
• ‘HELP! I HAZ A LOST MYSELF :-(’
— flyer image » http://bit.ly/FindGoldieA5
Then on Wednesday, a fellow cat-loving ground floor neighbour called to say he’d found her! More precisely, a visiting friend of his spotted Goldie, asked if the ginger tabby was one of his cats, and thanks to my flyer, he could say, “No, but I know where she does belong!” This evening, he’s getting an organic choccies ‘Thank You Sooo Much!’ gift.
Goldie is in fact my 2nd Flying Cat escapee – the photo-led tale of her predecessor is here:
• ‘Rosa Puss – A Flying Cat Celebration’
— FB Note » http://bit.ly/RosaFlys
I guess my ‘Anti-Flying-Cat Fence’, pictured there, was an affront to Mother Nature, coz she delivered unto me a golden tabby with sufficient clawing curiosity to defeat a fence fastening and also go flying – D’OH!
Still, all’s well that ends well – both Goldie and I are enormously overjoyed to see/snuggle/boop each other again. Keep up the Good Work in reuniting super furry animals with their belovéd bipedal companions, y’all – Good On Yez!
Peace-&-Love, Tim Jones - 2013-06-06 07:26 Unknown

- Sorry to see Goldie Cat is missing. Have you asked neighbours to check sheds, garages etc, in case she has got locked in? Try putting some tasty morsels of food in the garden, the smell may tempt her back. Also if not wearing any id someone may think she has been abandoned until they see the posters of course. Good luck: keep us posted.
