I had a black greyhound called Bella that is presumed dead somewhere along the tracks south of London Bridge. So sorry for your loss, I know the pain you are going through

So very sorry to hear the news about Bella. I lost my dog Mutley on the same tracks at Netley Station. I hope you find some comfort like I did by knowing what had happened rather than being forever unknown. My thoughts are with you and your family at this sad time. x

Thank you to everyone for all your kind words and offers of help.
Unfortunately we received very bad news a while ago, and I am deeply saddened to say that Bella was found on the tracks at Netley station.
The incident response team said it would have been very quick and she wouldn't have known a thing.
I am just glad we got to give her the best retirement a dog could wish for, she will be greatly missed, she will leave a big hole in our hearts.

Thanks Lilybear, great help that you contacted them quickly.
I have given them a call and given some specific advice for the first 24 hours. I am hoping she will return to the place where she last saw them (this is also close to home), so they have been advised to leave out unwashed clothing, dogs bedding etc and to scent her back to home. They have contacted Warren Ave Kennels and nearby DW's.
