Dog has been reunited with owner, microchip has been updated and dog now has a tag on it's collar. It does seem that the dog was stolen though.

This dog has been found. Finder trying to contact owner. Mobile number on here is for a friend who doesn't have a current contact telephone number for the owner. Microchip details not up to date.
