He is well groomed and a good weight, he is now at Animals In Need, Melling until tomorrow to give his owner a chance to claim him, if he is not claimed, the dog warden will collect him. - Spoke to AIN this morning and great it was Barney and has been reunited with his family. THANK YOU to AIN for chipping him and doing an ID tag for him. AIN do a great job and it is greatly appreciated. Bet owner was over the moon when he went home. Sending Barney lots of hugs and cuddles. xxx

- I was alerted to the found Yorkie and there is a possible match on the AW site.
I've spoken to Animal Warden's and they are going to contact Barney's owner. Fingers crossed the found is Barney. AW's said they had been alerted to a found but it was in Sefton and had been taken to AIN, explained to AW this found Yorkie matches the area where Barney has gone missing and Sefton is not that far.
