- Other Info Two dogs were reported to us after being found at 05:30 on the 12/06/13 in Westlake Park, Pound Lane, Bowers Gifford, Basildon, SS13 2HN, by a dog walker. Both dogs were bound by their legs and tied with rope around their necks. There have been a few dogs found like this in the same park. The bitch is approximately 8-10 years old, white and tan, wire coated terrier cross, bald on ears and muzzle from previous skin conditions (no evidence of current infection or parasites) severe periodontal disease (s

- Found tied up with 53573- they are really sweet dogs, the bitch is a little timid, understandable, the male is a barrel of fun. Hopefully they will find a home together.
