FOUND . BOXER Found on 24/08/06. Being well looked after but desperately seeking owner as she is very friendly, well looked after and may have been stolen. Posters put up locally, vets, rescues, police, dog warden etc... informed but no one has come forward yet. We are prepared to keep her should she prove abandoned/ unwanted but have two dogs of our own we know how awful it would be should we lose one of ours and really want her to go back to her rightful owner. Proof of ownership, photgraph, papers etc.. will be needed to claim this dog as she needs to go back to her rightful home. THIS IS ON LOSTYOURPET.NET

Michelle you are welcome, you have a lovely family and they made me feel like I have known them forever, and what a positive response from the people of Nuneaton, I think Nik is right so many had seen the article and I think when they spoke to you it sort of "brought it home" to them how hard it is to lose a dog in this way. Even the leads we had did put your mind at rest. So all in all a good day. Even mastered the art of driving with one eye on the road and one on the dogs being walked on the pavement without hitting the kerb on the way home....lol....Jan

well what a day. a very big big thanks to jan (sashas mum) for coming all the way to nuneaton to help me hand out 750 posters to shoppers in town today. We then proceeded to drive around for a couple of hours checking parks and dog walking places and streets but even though we thought we had a few leads they turned out to be innocent boxer owners. will try again tomorrow. xxxxxxmichelle

My heart really goes out to you! You put a kind message on the reunited section for my dog Roxy. It was a good idea to mention Mollie in your message because now I am aware of her being missing and although I do not live in the same area where Molly went missing, it helps to know people will be continuing to look out for her. All over the country. A newly acquired boxer by someone in my area will definately get my attention. Molly is not forgotten by us !!! xxx

Michelle, I made a flyer for Dolly which fitted twice on A4 paper. It has all the relevent information on including the Doglost web address. They are easier to hand out to people and you use less paper but obviously you have to cut each one in half. If you would like me to email Dolly's one to you so you can see how it looks I will, then you could do the same for Molly and if you want to email it to me I will print some off and send them to you in the post willingly. Right I have permission off the local council to give out posters in Nuneaton on their market day which is really a busy day. I wondered if there are any people out there that may help me with printing some posters please as i coulddo with some help. If so if they could pm me and i will give them my address to send them to. hi everyone. The reporters have been and was I shakey and nervous. Percy behaved like a gentleman and posed nice and quietly for his photos. I spoke alot about doglost. and gave out mollys poster to them and they are going to have a look at the site too. I have the telegraph coming to my house tomorrow to see and photograph percy and put it in yet another paper but this covers the whole of warwickshire and it goes in the free paper too which is distributed to 50,000 homes. How sad about Jessie what a shame.

Must admit we had better luck outside than in, Covered ALL the window of my car with a selection of posters of missing dogs matching the breeds being shown on the day, which attracted the most interest, especially when we were sticking them on as the car park was filling up and they had to walk past it and when I went back to the car park it had a small group around it......lol. anybody in the cv area just to inform you that HONILEY DOG TRUST do dog chipping everyday after 12pm for a fee of 9.50 pounds. Alot cheaper than the vets for those who may be on a low or restricted budget.

Hi am there also on thursday..i am going to run a few posters of of florence so i can also do molly...and add one to each side of my girls bench if possible..but i will definatley have a couple up molly in the car and also florence...my car will be nearest i can get to hall 5..i dread carrying everything for a mile...and my car will be there from 07.30am until way past 5.30pm..as no dogs allowed out until after 5pm for security reasons...Sashas mum look for a cherry red Range rover...with doglost posters and its mine lol.xxxxpolly

Just wondering if anybody in this thread is going to crufts this week. I am going on Thursday just as a spectator. I have reduced the poster to A5 size and printed 200 off and thought I would hand them out or put them under car windscreen wipers in which ever car park I end up in. The chances that any of us would be in the same car park are slim so if anyone else can do the same (car park or inside) geographically (hope thats how you spell it...) we could cover a large area.......Jan
