Great news he is home...luckily he was chipped...is that how they got hold of you?
But it is law to have a collar and tag on your dog...And £50 of the fee would have been the fine...at least your dog is safe and had been looked after by the council...If they had not attended and picked your dog up...Miller may have been run over....small price to pay to know your dog is home with his family...and the money you have paid ensures the dog warden service can continue to help other missing dogs...
