Does Phinny know the area? if so he could well return to the place he knows. Such a big area of fields, dunes, mudflats etc. Have you informed West Wittering Estate? also, there are a lot of boating people around esp at weekends. I really hope that Phinny is found very soon, but I am able to come and help search if needed xxx
