I picked up 2 Chows today that were sat by the river on Darley avenue(didsbury Manchester). Does anyone know who they belong to? One had a broken lead attached and the other a whole lead. I suspect they were dumped as they look like they have been physically abused and they were extremely underweight, their ribs were protruding. - 2013-07-13 20:37 Unknown
- Pray for some good news soon. All xd.
