Found male Chow Chow in wales is on todays found page on doglost...no photo but does say chipped.

If still missing? A copper coloured Chow Chow type dog with tag name of \"Chester\" found wandering in Sutton park near to Bracebridge Pool, covered in mud. Dog also looks as if it has only one eye. Spare lead used to capture dog and handed to Park Ranger. Phone number on tag of 01419541116 which is Glasgow area. Unable to get through on this number (it appears to be out of service) hence leaving with ranger. See nat pet register found dog

I know it says he's microchipped but red/ brown male chow (possible cross) 6 years plus, been taken to Rosedene

Just thought i use to go to the dog trainig classes years ago they are still going today!! Why dont you contact the owners to go thier its at the comunity center in labunam walk its on a monday and tuesday night there will be loads of doggy people there from all over the county get the owner to go with pics hand out, The people that run the group mike and celia Vines wont mind they are brill epople and it might get HIM found classes start at about 7 oclock
