I am so terribly, terribly sad for both these dogs and their family. I hope Dash is okay as we don't know what he witnessed. What an awful outcome. God bless you sweethearts - both of you. So glad you are home sweet Dash, just wish Pippa could have been with you too. She is in spirit, always with you. xxx

SuzeeBee, thank you! I will let Helen know so we can join forces. Update from owners: They are very rural, yes. They don't believe dogs were stolen but as they have not returned we need to keep open mind. Apparently last year they got through the fence but came back. Fence was reinforced, but now gap is back. They have a large area to run in, so have no real need to escape. They are surrounded by roads. Have advised who to check with. I am hoping they will get back home by themselves, but why haven't they come home yet? I need to get some photos up for the posters as owner lost them all when her computer crashed. Please share their pages anyway. Many thanks. x

CO9 is a huge rural area, but looking at the screen name of the owner I am pretty sure that this is Wickham St Paul, between Sudbury and Halstead.
