CAN YOU HELP MISSY's OWNER TOMORROW PLEASE??

Missy's owner has received a report that Missy was picked up by a lady in the Reads Avenue area a few days after she went missing.

Missy's owner will be replacing the posters (again) in this area tomorrow and going door to door and could use some help if any local helpers are free.

Please contact Missy's owner direct on the number above if you are able to lend a hand.

Thanks x

Did you get any helpers last night to help you search Sheryl ??? Hope you get an immediate sighting today and you can go to the area straight away . . . .

Sheryl, Missy's owner is desperate for help tonight when she goes out searching for her. She has received calls when out postering that Missy has been seen but ran off again so Sheryl wants to go searching but it is a large area and she really does need help . . . she may also need some advice as to how best to catch Missy if she keeps running please ??? She seems to have been sighted in the same sort of area from where she went missing . . . .
skippy
Sorry Jill - didn't see your post - I should have refreshed the page before posting. x

If anyone local is able to help with poster and searches it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks x

While postering around the area today, Missy's owner has received a reported sighting of Missy on the day she went missing - near the walk-in centre on Whitegate Drive. She is reported as having been nearly hit by a car and ran off frightened when a man tried to approach her.

Please - if you are in this area - look out for Missy hiding and check your gardens, shed and under parked cars and caravans. It looks like she was heading towards the park where she is normally walked before the car frightened her and she changed direction.

Missy's owner will be taking her other dog around this area this evening in the hope that if Missy is frightened and lying low, it may draw her out. x

Quote from Missy's facebook group from Sheryl:-

" We have had a sighting as we were putting posters out today she was last seen running down whitegate drive she nearly got hit by a car a nan tried to catch her but she ran off towards walk in cente way at around 1-2 lunch time please is there any1 that can help me get posters out around this area as its looking like ive postered the wrong areas im really worried now coz if she hasnt been taking in then she,ll be deyhidrated, hungry and really scared and very warm i carnt express how inportant it is to find my baby now its been 4days and in this heat thats not good if any1 can help me i would be so greatful please inbox me or post on here thank u "

i am wondering if it would be possible to send out requests for volunteers in this area FY3 9ES to maybe get some posters out and also to possibly help search ??? If Sheryl can get a more specific location . . . .the post code is for the walk in centre but i am unsure as to the direction Missy was heading; certainly posters in this area would really help. Could you help with this admin please ????
skippy
Thanks Riverlady. x

Thanks Jan and Lorraine.

I have been in contact with Missy's owner this evening. Missy escaped the house at about lunchtime yesterday (Sat) when a door was accidentally left open.

Her family are doing all the right things. Sundown kennels and the dog warden have been contacted and Missy's owner has started putting posters up around the area.

I have started sharing Missy's details on facebook. All crossed that Missy has been taken in for safe keeping over the weekend and that tomorrow will bring good news.x
