There is a photo of a little dog similar to Molly on the found page of www.petsearchuk.org.uk which was found on 12/7/07. Don't want to get your hopes up but it may be worth looking at as markings etc. can look different on different photos. Will phone tomorrow in case you do not see this posting

No news at all - The address we have on the car that possibly took her doesn't exist. My partner and I drove out to the area of the address & it's in the middle of no-where! so looks like we've reached a dead end. Although there is now a tag on the car so if it's pulled they have to request info but what will that do?

This is Melanie - Molly's mum. I want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who has expressed their concerns and well wishes. I'd just like to note here that I've had to do all the investigating myself. 12 days after I initially reported it to the police and handed them with cctv evidence they contacted me - because of the coverage the story has had! And I can't believe that even though I'm fortunate emough to have evidence they still treat it as low priority.

No sorry dont know dogs name she never said. She just said she'd seen the owner that day and she was absolutely devastated. I do hope pc Baker brings this little dog home

Sharonb - the owner of dog is a hotel owner and wouldn't let the gypsies stay?? Is that correct? I'm sorry I'm not in the area to be able to help and unfortunately the only contact I have out that way is in prison so he won't be of much use :-( as he's not out and about!! I'd be pretty shocked if he was though!!!! Oh well enought about my wrong'un mates and I really hope you get "CHIHUAHUA CROSS" home soon. Any chance of the dogs name??

My sis knows the owner of this dog. Gypsys were refused a room in her hotel so they took the dog. It as been seen at Stocksbridge gypsy site inbetween Bentley and Arksey police have been informed but refuse to act. So the whereabouts of this little dog are known. Hope they get her back very soon.
