- hi every one we are pleased to say Bella is back home with us safe and sound !! We had a phone call early on Wednesday morning giving us a tip off that they had seen Bella from Monday afternoon in their local area , they had seen one of our shared posts on Facebook . We were given a full address , and straight away called Hazel from Doglost !! She was so helpful and advised us what to do and what not to do . She was calm , clear , helpful , trusting and most off all understanding of our situation . We drove to the address 15/20 mins away and waited for a lady to come home . As soon as she returned and we mentioned a missing dog ( not even sort of dog , colour etc) she said straight away she had her !! As soon as Bella saw us she went potty , I picked her up and she licked me all over the face lol !! David held her and took the collar off her (she wears a harness , doesn't like collars) The lady spun a yarn about finding her in Bassingbourn on Monday early afternoon ..... There is no way that she could of travelled that far in a few hours ! The lady then said she knew of us and that she was our next door neighbours daughter , very odd as that neighbour knocked our door the previous morning and said she also saw Bella running the close barking on the Monday . Basically Bella was taken from our close to the address with hope it was to far away for us to find her !! Within 2 hours of Bella being missing we had informed the police ,vets , neighbours ,Facebook ,local shop , village pub , dog kennels , animal sanctuaries . Posters out over the village , friends , family and Facebook family searching for her in the village , dog walkers were on the look out too . People couldn't have been more helpful . Without the help and advise from Doglost we wouldn't of had a clue with what to do with getting her home . They have such a vast network to call on and some fantastic contacts to hand . A big thank to Hazel and all her co-workers and look forward to seeing you all at Codicote on Saturday !! Bella is looking forward to being the doggy model for the day hehe xxxx

- This was a rather nail biting episode, but as I understand it, owners did everything we advised and listened to Hazel's advice. Well done! Welcome home Bella! xxx
