- FOUND
female Cocker Spaniel type with very bad mange.
No micro-chip. Been used for breeding. - Looks between 2-5 years old.
Would be very difficult to identify I know. Shame no micro-chip.
Has a place in rescue after 7 days if not claimed. Could be a stolen dog?

- I’ve found that it helps to print out an A4 sheet of paper cut into business-card size slips, each with brief details and your phone number on. Give them to all the local dog walkers, postmen etc. you meet. Then if someone has news when they’re out and about they don’t need to find a poster or log on to the site to contact you.

- Thanks Jayne !
After this girl escaped from her garden a witness saw her wandering near to the poundstretcher store and he saw a man stop in a black car which may have been an Audi and pick her up. At the time he thought it must be her owner realised this wasn't the case which her owners turned up very soon afterwards looking for her. So far no one has reported finding her to the stray kennels or dog warden which they are required to do by law but hopefully they will do so on Monday morning .
Owners are going to poster and get media covage and details are being circulated on local Facebook groups .
Hoping this girl is back with her owners very soon xx

- Sorry to see that WITHHELD NAME is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (54976)

- If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
