- Just been told someone saw a post about a whippet was tied up outside a shop, a trampy looking man took the dog. They traced him to town and got the dog back. This was about 3 hours ago.

- This was posted for me. My 20yr old daughter (who looks younger) was walking 2 of my dogs, a female tan lurcher and a male big collie. The man was calling " here doggy doggy!" Went the lurcher stopped to sniff, the man tried grab the lurcher, the collie ran over to the lurcher and barked scaring the man. My daughter called the dogs and put them on the leads and walked off the man followed her. She saw a friend who walked her home. the man trying to steal the lurcher walked off before they got back to the house. This happened on some grass land between Pinehurst rd and Tovey rd in Pinehurst, Swindon
