Thank you for explaining. I would simply hate to think that there is some poor elderly owner looking for their loved pet and not knowing where to go first.

This dog has not just been registered with Dog Lost Claire, I have added him to facebook groups all over the area and the Dog Warden also has a facebook group, The dog has been with a very good Dog Warden who will go above and beyond his duty to reunite dog's with their owners.
I also know that in this area if the owner were to contact the police the police would refer them to the straight to the dog warden.....

Sorry if I'm stepping on anyone's toes but have emailed this poster to 11 vet practices (and their partner practices) in Norwich asking if they would kindly look at the pic in the hope that someone recognises this furbaby.

This chap looks really well fed and not looking like a stray! Do you think he has an elderly owner who perhaps doesn't know about Doglost? Would anybody consider putting a notice in the local newspaper or even a local vet practice to say that this boy has been found? To me I don't think he's a stray. Just my thoughts.Last edited: 2013-07-29 18:09:18 by ClaireC
