- Huge thanks to the family who first found Buster and took him in and to Yorkshire Rose dog rescue who agreed to provide back up for him. Jo took him in a retainer and fell in love with him and has given him a home.
have to say I love this huge over grown senior boy pup to bits xxxx - 2013-07-30 20:03 ClaireC

- Cases like this with an older dog make me wonder if maybe the owner may have been taken ill while out for a walk or shopping and maybe people caring for the owner are not aware there is a dog involved.

- No one has come forward for Buster yet.
He will be reported to the dog warden services tomorrow.
It's difficult to know what has happened, but sometimes if people are on there way to work etc and find a loose dog they might tie them to keep them safe from the roads but not have time to do anything else...hope this is the case for Buster xxx - 2013-07-28 20:54 Laura
- poor boy. if he had wandered off on his own surely the person who had found him and tied him up would have taken him to a police station or vets are something ??

- This boy is at least 10 years of age.
his microchip details are out of date.
he was found tied with his lead on Savins way, Kirkstall.
Does anyone recognise him= did he wander off with his lead attached?
