- So glad to hear this little girl is safe at home again. Daisy was found on Priory Road, is now home, had a bath and is fast asleep! Stay safe little girlie! Politely suggest it would be a good idea to have Daisy microchipped, Dogs Trust and animalwardens.co.uk are doing them for free at the moment.
>>> Rainbow Thanks so much for postering etc. Always good to have someone in the area who cares enough to help.. - 2013-07-30 13:11 Jayne - Founder Doglost.
- email from owner to say Daisy has been found.

- Thank you Rainbow, if you speak to owner again please ask her to leave messages on here so we know what is happening in the search. Maybe something in Fri Ad would help as so many people get it.
Your help is appreciated! - 2013-07-29 21:17 Rainbow
- Ok, been in touch, will help postering and searching maybe Wednesday if not found, suggested local paper and radio might help

- >> KOLESY I think I've found it (posted by Louisa) it's in Essex & is returned to owner now so not Daisy, but thanks anyway.
>> Rainbow: Thanks for yr help. As owner has not posted on here yet (think she had to go to work earlier) it might be a good idea for you to get in touch directly with her to see what is happening. Just text & explain you are a helper. (I will not hv internet access 2mrw as am working) Our tracker dog and owner is away at the moment I'm afraid. I'm hoping Daisy will use her nose to go back to the scent articles & where she was lost from.Last edited: 2013-07-29 20:09:16 by Clarkey - Area Co-ordinator, East Sussex - 2013-07-29 18:43 KOLESY

- Clarkey, I have heard on here of a good tracking dog that covers Sussex, is that a possibility here ?
- 2013-07-29 15:28 Rainbow
- Ok, good that they've had good advice, I'm opposite the local vet so will drop a poster in there and I work next to a market pet stall tomorrow so will put one up there and anywhere else I can think of

- Hv emailed owner with advice and scenting instructions. Daisy was lost from outside a friend's house and they were searching until 1.30am. Daisy had been seen around the estate area by others so owner knows roughly where she has been. No sightings today, but this may mean she's resting up or someone has taken her in. They have tried to contact Eastbourne dogwardens but having probs getting through. Daisy is on animalwardens site so that's good. They are doing all the right things. Have explained Daisy is likely to go back to where she was lost and that they should leave scent articles there. Adviced to poster, poster, poster so everyone is aware.
Daisy is a very small dog, so she may be hiding under a hedge or in someones garden, shed or garage. If you are in that area, please check. Spoke to owner .. Daisy is tagged and it has tel number on it.
>>> Rainbow That would be brilliant. Daisy went from Briars Place, and was seen in local streets last night. Searching going on at Shinewater lakes too. Wld suggest you poster near where she was lost. Owners tel number is on this page. Thanks again!
