Can you recall any delivery vans in the area at the time your cat disappeared. Cats are such curious creatures and he may have jumped into the back to investigate. Get posters put up in the area and send a poster to all of the vets in and around your area. Contact all the local cat rescue centres in case he has been handed in and get him put on all the lost and found sections of pet web sites.

TX ladies...

Sorry to see f is missing. It looks as though he has not been neutered (Or "Chipped") so it may be that he is on the lookout for a lady friend. Toms that are still intact will go a long, long way to look for a female. It is always best to have then desexed, as then they wont wander too far, and will have a much smaller territory. "Chipping" is a good idea too. Try cooking his favourite food, and the smell may bring him back home, or put something outside with his scent on (Or yours) say a blanket, and place in the garden. Cats rely very much on scent. I have 2 female cats both spayed, and "Chipped" and they hate it when we have a new carpet because of the new smell, but of course they get used to it eventually. Good luck. Paws, and fingers xd. PS The food smell usually works for my two.

  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
