- Thanks Lisa....After numerous attempts to help here,Toby's owner didn't claim him....he will be looking fora new home after his assesment.

- Toby hasn't been claimed, I have tried to make contact with owner to see if any help is needed in reclaiming him but have not been able to, Toby will be signed over to rescue for rehoming on Saturday, text sent to ensure owner is aware of this
