- Kimmybear,LYN is the dogs name !!
To be honest I first thought it was the lady who I rang (Lynda) but during the conversation I asked and she said the dog is called LYN . xx - 2013-09-06 00:36 Kimmybear - Area Co-ordinator, Essex & Hertfordshire borders
- Furlover, this is fantastic news! Thank you. Mathers22, sometimes it seems people actually don't understand what DogLost is. Despite emailing and explaining, many people think its just a place to put your missing dog so others will see. I often get a text out of the blue from an owner who has just discovered after weeks that they can interact with us! Very sad. But I do agree, it would be so nice to hear from owners especially, when their dog is home, and as soon as. I am so glad dog recognised owner quickly enough. Welcome home. sweet dog, although I don't think Lyn is the dog's name even. Seems to be the person who registered her for owner. Glad she's home. Furlover did you find out the dog's name? x

- Fantastic news I am so pleased but wouldn't it be lovely if the owners let Dlost know when they find their dogs then they can concentrate on other lost ones xx

- Rang as saw a found advert on Gumtree so wanted to check if it may have been Lyn but got the great news that Lyn is safely back home though missing for approx. 1 month. She was spotted by a tree feller in woods who waved down a "passing" shepherd . Miraculously the shepherd turned out to be Lyns owner !!!!. He coaxed her to him and was able to take her home. She had been missing for approx. 1 month. She was quite thin and had very sore pads but otherwise fine. xxx
