I took the liberty & placed an ad in Scottish Trader Classifieds, I was putting Gringo on thought I would ad Saska, hope it helps Yvonne

Thought i would let you know there are puppies of this breed being advertised in the Scottish AD paper in Scotland this week- maybe it would be worth contacting the breeder to see if anyone has conmtacted them about a pup who already have an older dog- you never know-phone number of breeeder is 01560480546 yvonne

Still no word of Saska yet, that is a real shame, thought she would be easier to find but then I thought Gringo would be too cos he is so distinct looking too, stay positive whoever has her cant hide her for ever yvonne

Has anyone reported seeing a dog being walked in the St Cyrus area with similar markings???? been seen twice in last fortnight but may not be your saska. i will keep open eye and contact if seen again.

But they are requesting a monetary payment to supply such information. We can confirm that these people are using a foreign IP and are not from the UK. I helped run the Scottish Siberian Husky club welfare scheme for a while and although I an no longer directly involved i will hear if anyone contacts the welfare team about rehoming this dog as a sibe. I also work in a vets surgery, although it is not in the same area, we are in Lanarkshire, I will keep my eyes open.

The breed was formerly called Northern Inuit, so could be advertised as such

More likely to be mistaken for a Sibe if the one that lives near me is typical of the breed. Maybe you have contacts in Sibe Rescue in Scotland? Sue

I have emailed Saskas poster to The Utonagan Club of Scotland and The British and International Utonagan Society.One of them may be the site that you emailed Calamity Jane but sent it just in case.

Come home soon Saska. Not a breed i have heard of either but have found a UK utonagan society so have emailed them the link to this dog and asked if they would kindly notify members. I have also let GSD rescue know as they also deal with Xbreed and it could i suppose be taken for a cross with a GSD if its not a breed that any one is familiar with plus she is based in scotland so may be able to spread the word. Saska is stunning! Really hope there are some volunteers up in your area to help with putting up posters. She's unusually striking in appearance so hopefully will be very noticeable. Good luck in getting Saska back where she belongs.
