- Just to let you know Bruno is back home!! safe and sound. The dogs home microchipped him for free!! and when they brought him out to our niece he actually knocked her on the floor!! and wouldnt let her get up!! he was smothering her with licks..holding her down there! VERY happy dog and VERY happy owner!! Thanks everyone xx

- Just to let everyone know that enough money has been raised now and someone is taking our Niece to collect Bruno from the Dogs Home tomorrow afternoon!!! A HEARTFELT thanks to everyone who offered to help our Niece to get her dog back. Thankfully things have now been sorted and she is so very happy and grateful. Thankyou just doesnt seem enough. Will update when he is safe and sound back at home where he belongs.

- There are some absolutely wonderful people on facebook lost and found pets in Bristol who have started a donation via paypal to get the money up together. Finally managed to speak to my Niece who is in bits. She begged the dogs home to help with a solution as at the moment she only has 90p to her name..but they wouldnt move. So far donations are coming in and one lady who lives near to my Niece is arranging to collect her and take her to the dogs home to get Bruno back!! arnt people wonderful? have been sat here in tears at how kind people are in helping a complete stranger? Also in tears speaking to our Niece earlier...

- I have just spoken with my sister. Her daughter has phoned the dogs home and so far the bill is £59.90 and will increase £10 each day that he is held there. She desperately wants him back...and has spoken to them but they are not prepared to offer her any 'easy payments' and have said the money has to be paid before they release the dog to her? She is on benefits, doesnt drive, has no-one that can take her to the dogs home..and they say she MUST go herself. My brother is with her now, he doesnt drive and is in the same financial situation as her through redundancy. Not sure what to do, dont know how any financial help would get to her? It has been confirmed he is definately Bruno. If anyone can offer any advice? obviously the dogs home will be closed now? so he will have to be collected tomorrow so it will be a further £10. Seems sad really when the owner desperately wants the dog back....and cant because she hasnt got the money? yet the dogs home is chocker block with staffys that have no owners?

- Thank you so very much ladies..I will contact my sister to get her to contact my Niece. Apparently dog warden was going to see her today? I will get back with any information I can. She does want him back...but simply cant afford the fees which from what I can tell increases with each day he is there? will get back as soon as I can.
