Hi Best thing to do for "Angie Duncan" is to contact local Cat Protection for advice. They may set a trap, and depending on the kittens age, and weight will spay them, and their mum. Unless the kittens have gone feral they may try to find homes for them, and possibly their mother too. Otherwise you may get more kitties in the garden. If feral cats are spayed, then a vet will put a little "Nick" in the cats ear when they are being spayed, so they know they have been "Done" I know all this because we had the same thing happen to us on the estate where we live. Good luck. Keep us posted.
