I live in CV2 and keep an eye out for this one and the Lurcher that are both missing and may be in the area. I walk my dog daily round the path by the river and the local area but unfortunately haven't spotted either :( I hope he gets found, bless him. x
Raf
Hi Wiffy, that's a good idea! Yeah, hopefully someone is looking after him...bless....I'll put some more posters us, just in case, but definitely the paper would be the best option!x
Wiffy
Raf I do Coombe everyday (v early) and no sign - have trawled all over that area. I suggested to M that he place an ad in paper (inc Rugby Advertiser) with a pic with a 'please to return/help find'. I am now thinking someone has taken him in (hopefully) x
Raf
Sorry, I meant Brinklow Road, not Brandon Road! Not great with streets!!!x

Put up a few more posters on Clifford Bridge Road, Brandon Road, and a couple on the car park pay machines at Coombe Abbey.....as we have no idea where he might be, we are going to have to put some up in other areas....x
Raf
Aww, thank you for that...I know...it's like a maze! Yes, he is going out every day looking....he could be anywhere now though....I am hoping someone will pick him up and report it....I am away at the moment, but will get back on to it when I get back....x
Wiffy
Have been all around back of Tesco (small one) back of Coombe back of McDonalds by Asda. Scoured hedges around Nando's, Showcase (lots of funny looks)!! Its huge at the back there - didn't realise. Used my ancient binonculars couldn't see anything. I don't know if owner is still looking - no sign of any new posters. Hard to know where else to look.

Hi Wiffy, unfortunately I am not sure, as I am not the owner....I am just doing what I can to try and find little Skipper....it's good to know that people are aware of him being in the area....The owner lives near Asda and Murco Garage....looking at the map, I am thinking that he could be heading towards Brandon/Binley, or Coombe Abbey...however, it's really hard to say, as he hasn't been spotted for a couple of days....this makes me think he may have moved to an area where there are no posters.....but who knows.....I think we really need to hope that someone will catch him and report it to the dog wardens.....not sure about the guy who released him following police advice...? Do you mean the security guards at Toys'R'us who had cornered him the first night?! Thank you for all your help...I'll keep looking...but I am going away tomorrow until Tuesday, but hopefully people like you are still making an effort to find him! I have read several stories of dogs found after several days and even months!!! Thanks again!x
Wiffy
I jogged around Dorchester way again tonight - spoke to everyone I saw - all aware of Skipper. Saw poster x 2. I went through lots of unmarked track - obv couldn't get into school though. Lots of animal tracks but could be foxes. Is he heading home TOWARDS or AWAY from Asda (if we take that as a reference point)? OR do you know where the person who released him (on police advice - beggars belief)did so? If if was near COCKED HAT roundabout then he was seen HEADING TOWARDS Dorchester - Asda - on Friday last I hate to say it - but it was on the A46. Don't be disheartened he is tiny so he may be hanging in there taking a very long scenic route. Stupid question but have you checked your garden, neighbours, sheds etc.daily? he is knackered remember. I will keep looking as will my doggy mates. Let me know where you want us to focus efforts. )JC who spoke with MS on phone)sending this x
Raf
Hi, I believe Skipper went from near Asda, to the showcase cinema car park, scs, A46, back to A4600 to Brade Drive and then Dorchester Way....I have been out every day, in my car, putting up posters...but he is so tiny he could be anywhere...we really rely on people being aware of him being in the area and keeping an eye out...and trying to entice him and catch him (if safe") or follow him, whilst getting hold of the owner...it's time for him to get back home!!!x
Wiffy
I looked all round Dorchester way this morning and tried to retrace from Brade Drive taking a back route. It would really help to know his exact start point of being lost and where he might be trying to get to. The doggy journey from there might then be clearer. He seems to have covered a lot of ground if all sightings are accurate.

Caroline
he has been spotted in Brade drive about an hour ago x
Raf
A few of us went searching for Skipper for about 2 hours this afternoon...more posters went up....no signs of Skipper since Friday afternoon....someone mentioned they saw a silver Peugeot driving on Clifford Bridge Road with a similar dog in the back window, who seemed scared....however, they couldn't take a picture and they didn't manage to get the registration number...this was Friday at 5.30pm....we do hope someone got Skipper and is looking after him, waiting for the dog wardens to be back on Tuesday....hopefully he is doing ok and someone is giving him some fuss before he is reunited with his family....x
Raf
About 20 posters up in the car parks at the 2 Tesco's, Asda, Showcase Cinema.....will try and put some more up tomorrow....x
