- I know it is a long shot and this dog is described as Tan, but have had rescue dogs described previously and when you actually get to see them they are nothing like the description. Dog ID 56631 OLLIE Paterdale Cross is described as Black with a tint of brown and registered as missing on 26th. Know it is a long shot, but area is the same.

- I have to admit that I am working very much in the dark here as I haven't actually seen the dog. This is a small hamlet surrounded by farmland and the fells, with several nearby camping/caravan sites and holiday cottages. This dog is not locally owned and apparently appeared at the local pub last night but did not appear to be with anyone. He is very friendly and followed people back to a farm camp site in the early hours of this morning.
