If there had been tags on the collars I'd have rung you once I'd caught them.
They had three close shaves with traffic between bounding up to my dogs and me being equipped to catch them. Ring police while dumping own dogs back home, grab spare leads, make cars slow down, etc. Fortunately they decided to try and kill someones cat in a front garden which gave me an opportunity to slip leads on them.
