Arthurs owners have just rung me with the wonderful news that he has just been caught !!
Someone contacted them to say they had sighted him in a field and they rushed over there and he's now thankfully safely back with them
A big Thankyou to the people that sighted him and contacted his owners ! Lady docker was it you ?
Welcome home Arthur amd please stay safe from now on xxx

Just seen dog that looks like Arthur at new herrington miners park close to kirkside.going to try and find him again with lead

Arthur was being cared for by his owners friends in the vliiage of Oxley when he scaled the garden fence and ran off.
There was a sighting of him fairly nearby at around 11.40 on the night he ran off .
His owners have been out searching and have contacted dog wardens and stray kennels..
I have advised them to poster as much as possible to raise maximum public awareness as posters are the best way of spreading the word especially to those people who do not use the Internet.
Hoping Arthur is back home again very soon xx
