I’ve found that it helps to print out an A4 sheet of paper cut into business-card size slips, each with brief details and your phone number on. Give them to all the local dog walkers, postmen etc. you meet. Then if someone has news when they’re out and about they don’t need to find a poster or log on to the site to contact you. Maybe give them out outside Asda? LOADS of posters needed to make her too hot to handle. Also an ad in the local paper? In our local one the deadline is Monday morning. But hope she's back before then of course. What a nightmare, do hope you're reunited soon.

she went out into the garden at 7:30 am, at 9:30 I notice the gate had been unlocked and opened. dog warden said the dog had been found at the local asda and collected by local kennels but refused to tell me which one (council procedure) and I would have to call back monday. so for a couple of hours I thought she was safe. Then I decided to ring around as just wanted to double check she was ok, it was then around 11:45am I discovered the kennel had gone to pick her up but she was already gone. I called asda who reviewed their cctv and its clear someone was seen untieing her and walking off towards the newtown area. police were called and have been to view cctv. ive heard nothing since. asda wont let me watch the cctv until I get permission from their head office, hopefully tomorrow morning. crime ref: ZY/25540/13
