Hi
I have just found a black Labrador with a broken leg on my door step in Inkpen. There is no tag and he looks as though he has been away from home for a while now. He/she is wearing a red harness. I'm taking him to the veterinary hospital in hungerford when they open at 8am. There number is 01488 683999. Please can you post this ASAP in case someone knows whose dog it is. Thank you - 2013-09-23 21:41 boxerwoo

- Any news? Was it Milo found in Haddenham? If not are there going to be search parties organised? Time is marching on surely the sooner something is organised the better the chances are of finding him!

- Hi is this dog still missing? I saw a post a little while ago of a black lab x collie that had been found in Haddenham and wondered if this had been chased up??

- Hi denise...I know searches have taken place ,im going to email owner tomorrow night getting a more extensive list together on what she can do next...I will ask for a better photo then, but collie retrievers are fairly typical...I hope she has a better one though!

- It isn't a very clear photo, is there one of a close up of his face? Will there be a search party organised as I am happy to help.

- Thanks Shereen. I will be passing through Princes Risborough in the morning and will try to drop off a poster at the sorting office (they are pretty good there at passing the word around the posties). Will also keep my eyes open for Milo x

- Barney 'n' Ozzie's mum also recommended this but owner has already tried them with no answer.asked her to call them again today.and all councils within a 50 mile radius as people come a long way to visit this area.

- Have the kennels at Longwick been notified incase he is handed in there (think they are called Macabee?). Also notify the vet in Princes Risborough. I will be passing through that way on Wednesday, but hope he's found long before then x

- Have contacted owner and advised, also emailed scenting instructions....if anyone can help search I'm sure owner would appreciate it.Lost on a walk,so not sure if he took off after a deer or could be stuck in undergrowth maybe?....Very strange for him not to come back, he is tagged and micro chipped.

- Sorry to see that MILO is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (56809)
- Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
- You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
- Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
- If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
- If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
